No. 360 5 1999-2000 6 REPRESENTATIVE OPFER 8 _________________________________________________________________ 9 A B I L L To authorize the conveyance of state-owned real 11 estate located in Ottawa County from the Ohio 12 Department of Transportation to Paul Hemrick, Jr. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO: 14 Section 1. The Governor is hereby authorized to execute a 16 deed in the name of the state conveying to Paul Hemrick, Jr., and 17 his successors and assigns, all of the state's right, title, and 18 interest in the following described real estate: 19 OTT2-26.60 20 Parcel No. 10-E 21 A strip or parcel of land situated in Danbury Township, 23 Ottawa county, Ohio and known as being the West part of Lot 24 Number Nineteen (19) in Section Number Four (4), same being the 25 westerly 360 feet of Lot Number Nineteen (19) between the 26 southerly limited access right of way line of State Route 269 connector and the northerly right of way line of County Road 8 27 and State Route 269. Said parcel contains 4.3 acres of land, 28 more or less. Direct ingress and egress to County Road 8 and State route 30 269 is prohibited to and from the above described parcel. 31 Section 2. Consideration for the conveyance of the real 33 estate described in Section 1 of this act is a purchase price of 34 $6,900. Section 3. Upon payment of the purchase price by Paul 36 Hemrick, Jr., the Auditor of State, with the assistance of the 37 Attorney General, shall prepare a deed to the real estate 38 2 described in Section 1 of this act. The deed shall state the 39 consideration. The deed shall be executed by the Governor in the name of the state, countersigned by the Secretary of State, 40 sealed with the Great Seal of the State, presented in the Office 41 of the Auditor of State for recording, and delivered to Paul 42 Hemrick, Jr. Paul Hemrick, Jr., shall present the deed for 43 recording in the Office of the Ottawa County Recorder. Section 4. Paul Hemrick, Jr., shall pay the costs of the 45 conveyance. Section 5. This act shall expire one year after its 47 effective date.
