BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:        19           

      Section 1.  That section 3719.41 of the Revised Code be      21           

amended to read as follows:                                        22           

      Sec. 3719.41.  Controlled substance schedules I, II, III,    31           

IV, and V are hereby established, which schedules include the      32           

following, subject to amendment pursuant to section 3719.43 or     33
