To amend section 3719.41 of the Revised Code to make 19
gamma-hydroxy-butyrate a schedule II controlled 20
substance and to revise the state controlled 21
substances schedules according to federal drug
laws.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO: 23
Section 1. That section 3719.41 of the Revised Code be 25
