BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO: 19 Section 1. (C) The Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, Inc., 91 shall use and occupy the premises situated on the real estate 92 described in division (A) of this section for historic 93 preservation purposes, including office, retail, storage, public 94 tours, and other uses incidental to such purposes. If the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, Inc., ceases to use 95 the real estate for these purposes, all right, title, and 96 interest in the real estate described in division (A) of this 97 section shall revert to the state without the need for any 98 further action by the state. (D) Upon payment of the purchase price, the Auditor of 100 State, with the assistance of the Attorney General, shall prepare 101 a deed to the real estate described in division (A) of this 102 section. The deed shall state the consideration and the 103 possibility of reverter. The deed shall be executed by the 104 Governor in the name of the state, countersigned by the Secretary 105 of State, sealed with the Great Seal of the State, presented in 106 the Office of the Auditor of State for recording, and delivered 107 to the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, Inc. The Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, Inc., shall present 108 the deed for recording in the office of the Richland County 110 Recorder. (E) The Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society, Inc., 112 shall pay the costs of the conveyance. 114 (F) This section expires one year after its effective 116 date. Section 2.
