A BILL
To enact sections 5533.55 and 5533.57 of the Revised1
Code to name the viaduct spanning the Ashtabula2
River, located in the city of Ashtabula and3
Ashtabula Township, the "Reverend Dr. Sam Wells,4
Jr., Memorial Viaduct" and to designate the bridge5
that spans the Paddy Creek near the village of6
Proctorville in Lawrence County and is part of7
State Route 7 the "Judge Kenneth B. Ater Bridge."8


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.55 and 5533.57 of the Revised9
Code be enacted to read as follows:10

       Sec. 5533.55. The viaduct spanning the Ashtabula River,11
located in the city of Ashtabula and Ashtabula Township and being12
a part of the highway known as United States route number twenty,13
shall be known as the "Reverend Dr. Sam Wells, Jr., Memorial14
Viaduct."15

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on16
the viaduct indicating its name.17


       Sec. 5533.57. The bridge spanning the Paddy creek near the19
village of Proctorville in Lawrence county and being a part of the20
highway known as state route number seven shall be known as the21
"Judge Kenneth B. Ater Bridge."22

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on23
the bridge, or the approaches thereto, indicating its name.24
