To enact section 5.2218 of the Revised Code

designating April 6 of each year "Tartan Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2218 of the Revised Code be enacted	3
to read as follows:	4

Sec. 5.2218. The sixth day of April shall be designated as	5
"Tartan Day," in honor of the anniversary of the signing of the	6
Declaration of Arbroath, the Scottish declaration of independence,	7
on April 6, 1320.	8
