BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2219 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2219. The month of April is designated as "Ohio Child	6
Abuse Awareness Month" to increase public awareness of the	7
innocent victims of child abuse and to acknowledge child abuse as	8
a serious societal problem to be addressed and eliminated.	9
