To amend section 5533.52 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Route 280 within

Wood County as the "Korean War Veterans' Memorial

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.52 of the Revised Code be	5
amended to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.52. At both of the following locations,(A) Each	7
of the following roads shall be known as the "Korean War Veterans'	8
Memorial Highway":	9

(1) That portion of the road known as United States route	10
thirty-six shall be known as the "Korean War Veterans' Memorial	11
Highway":	12

(A) Fromcommencing at the boundary of Coshocton and	13
Tuscarawas counties and extending to interstate seventy-seven;	14

(B) From(2) That portion of the road known as United	15
States route thirty-six commencing at the boundary of Champaign	16
and Miami counties and extending through Darke county to the	17
Indiana border.;	18

(3) That portion of the road known as interstate route two	19
hundred eighty commencing at the point of interchange with	20
interstate eighty-ninety and extending to the boundary of Wood and	21
Lucas counties.	22

(B) The director of transportation may erect suitable	23
markers upon the designated portion of each highway at both	24
locations indicating its name.	25

Section 2. That existing section 5533.52 of the Revised Code	26
is hereby repealed.	27
