Sec. 111.12. The(A) Subject to division (B) of this | 10 |
section, the secretary of state shall compile and publish | 11 |

in a paper, book, or other nonelectronic format | 12 |
twenty-five hundred copies of the election statistics of Ohio, | 13 |
four thousand
copies of the official roster of federal, state, and | 14 |
county officers, and
twenty-five hundred copies of the official | 15 |
roster of township and municipal
officers. | 16 |
(B)(1) The secretary of state may compile and publish | 17 |
biennially the election statistics of Ohio, the official roster of | 18 |
federal, state, and county officers, and the official roster of | 19 |
township and municipal officers in an electronic format under | 20 |
section 1306.20 of the Revised Code. Subject to division (B)(2) | 21 |
of this section, the secretary of state may do so instead of | 22 |
compiling and publishing these documents biennially in a paper, | 23 |
book, or other nonelectronic format in the numbers specified in | 24 |
division (A) of this section.

(2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in division (B) | 26 |
of section 1306.20 of the Revised Code, the secretary of state | 27 |
shall maintain the ability to compile and publish, and shall | 28 |
compile and publish, biennially in a paper, book, or other | 29 |
nonelectronic format copies of the election statistics of Ohio, | 30 |
the official roster of federal, state, and county officers, and | 31 |
the official roster of township and municipal officers for | 32 |
purposes of requests made under section 149.43 of the Revised Code | 33 |
for copies of those documents in such format. Subject to the | 34 |
applicable maximum number of copies required to be published under | 35 |
division (A) of this section, the secretary of state shall provide | 36 |
a copy of any of these documents in their paper, book, or other | 37 |
nonelectronic format to a party making such a request under | 38 |
section 149.43 of the Revised Code. | 39 |
Sec. 149.09. (A) The secretary of state shall distribute | 40 |
the
pamphlet laws in the following manner: one copy of
each | 41 |
pamphlet law shall be forwarded to each county law
library, one | 42 |
copy of each pamphlet law shall be
forwarded to each county | 43 |
auditor, and one hundred
copies of each pamphlet law shall be | 44 |
forwarded to the
state library board, which shall forward to each | 45 |
library
that receives publications under section 149.12
of the | 46 |
Revised Code one copy of each pamphlet law
received.
AnyThe | 47 |
secretary of state shall distribute any remaining copies of each | 48 |
pamphlet law
received by the secretary of state shall be | 49 |
distributed
by the secretary of state on the request of
interested | 50 |

(B)(1) The secretary of state may produce and distribute the | 52 |
pamphlet laws in an electronic format under section 1306.20 of the | 53 |
Revised Code. If the secretary of state produces and distributes | 54 |
the pamphlet laws in an electronic format, any rules that the | 55 |
secretary of state adopts under section 1306.20 of the Revised | 56 |
Code relative to the pamphlet laws in electronic format shall | 57 |
establish a schedule for the electronic distribution of the | 58 |
pamphlet laws to county law libraries, county auditors, and the | 59 |
state library board in accordance with division (A) of this | 60 |
section and may authorize the compiling of one or more pamphlet | 61 |
laws in the same electronic distribution.

(2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in division (B) | 63 |
of section 1306.20 of the Revised Code, the secretary of state | 64 |
shall maintain the ability to produce and distribute, and shall | 65 |
produce and distribute, in a nonelectronic format copies of the | 66 |
pamphlet laws for purposes of requests made under section 149.43 | 67 |
of the Revised Code for copies in that format. The secretary of | 68 |
state shall provide a copy of a pamphlet law in its nonelectronic | 69 |
format to a party making such a request under section 149.43 of | 70 |
the Revised Code. | 71 |
Sec. 149.091. The(A) Subject to division (B) of this | 72 |
section, the secretary of state shall
compile, publish, and | 73 |
distribute
either annually or biennially in a paper format a | 74 |
maximum of nine hundred copies of the session laws
in permanently | 75 |
bound form, either annually or biennially. The
permanently bound | 76 |
volumesannual or biennial publication shall contain
copies of all | 77 |
enrolled
acts and joint
resolutions, and. The secretary of state | 78 |
shall
containcause to be printed with each compilation of | 79 |
enrolled acts and joint resolutions distributed a subject index | 80 |
and,
a table
indicating Revised Code sections affected. The | 81 |
secretary
of state
shall cause to be printed in each volume, and | 82 |
the secretary
of state's
certificate
that the laws, as

thereinso compiled and distributed,
are true copies of the | 84 |
original enrolled
billsacts or joint
resolutions in the secretary | 85 |

(B) The secretary of state annually or biennially may | 111 |
