Sec. 111.12. The(A) Except as otherwise provided in | 10 |

section, the secretary of state shall compile | 11 |
and publish
biennially
in a paper, book, or other nonelectronic | 12 |
format
twenty-five hundred copies of the election statistics of | 13 |
Ohio,
four thousand
copies of the official roster of federal, | 14 |
state, and
county officers, and
twenty-five hundred copies of the | 15 |
official
roster of township and municipal
officers. | 16 |
(B) The secretary of state may compile and publish | 17 |
biennially the election statistics of Ohio, the official roster of | 18 |
federal, state, and county officers, and the official roster of | 19 |
township and municipal officers in an electronic format instead of | 20 |
compiling and publishing these documents biennially in a paper, | 21 |
book, or other nonelectronic format in the numbers specified in | 22 |
division (A) of this section.
If the secretary of state does so, | 23 |
the secretary of state
shall maintain the ability to provide | 24 |
copies of the election statistics of Ohio,
the official roster of | 25 |
federal, state, and county officers, and
the official roster of | 26 |
township and municipal officers in accordance with section 149.43 | 27 |
of the Revised Code. | 28 |
Sec. 149.09. The(A) Except as otherwise provided in division | 29 |
(B) of this section, the secretary of state shall distribute
the | 30 |
pamphlet laws in the following manner: one copy of
each
pamphlet | 31 |
law shall be forwarded to each county law
library, one
copy of | 32 |
each pamphlet law shall be
forwarded to each county
auditor, and | 33 |
one hundred
copies of each pamphlet law shall be
forwarded to the | 34 |
state library board, which shall forward to each
library
that | 35 |
receives publications under section 149.12
of the
Revised Code one | 36 |
copy of each pamphlet law
received.
AnyThe
secretary of state | 37 |
shall distribute any remaining copies of each
pamphlet law | 38 |
received by the secretary of state shall be
distributed
by the | 39 |
secretary of state on the request of
interested
persons. | 40 |
(B)(1) If the secretary of state chooses to distribute the | 41 |
pamphlet laws in an electronic format instead of distributing | 42 |
copies as provided in division (A) of this section in a paper | 43 |
format, the secretary of state shall notify the clerk of the house | 44 |
of representatives and the clerk of the senate that the
printing | 45 |
of paper copies for purposes of this section is no longer | 46 |
necessary and that the secretary of state intends to produce and | 47 |
distribute the pamphlet laws in an electronic format. The | 48 |
secretary of state shall be responsible for paying for the cost of | 49 |
producing and distributing the pamphlet laws in an electronic | 50 |
format. | 51 |
Sec. 149.091. The(A) Except as otherwise provided in | 61 |
division (C) of this
section, the secretary of state shall | 62 |
compile, publish, and
distribute
either annually or biennially in | 63 |
a paper format a
maximum of nine hundred copies of the session | 64 |
laws
in permanently
bound form, either annually or biennially.

permanently bound
volumesannual or biennial publication shall | 66 |
contain
copies of all
enrolled
acts and joint

The secretary of state
shall

a table

affected. The
secretary
of state
shall cause to be printed in | 71 |
each volume, and
the secretary
of state's
certificate

laws, as
assembled
thereincompiled and distributed,
are true | 73 |
copies of the
original enrolled
billsacts or joint
resolutions in | 74 |
the secretary
of state's office. | 75 |
(B) Notwithstanding division (C) of this section, the | 101 |
secretary of state shall compile, publish, and
distribute, either | 102 |
annually or biennially, in permanently bound
volumes, a minimum of | 103 |
twenty-five copies of the session laws. The
annual or biennial | 104 |
volumes shall contain copies of all enrolled
acts and joint | 105 |
resolutions. The secretary of state shall cause to
be printed | 106 |
with each volume of enrolled acts and joint resolutions | 107 |
distributed a subject index, a table indicating Revised Code | 108 |
sections affected, and the secretary of state's certificate that | 109 |
the laws so assembled are true copies of the original enrolled | 110 |
acts or joint resolutions in the secretary of state's office. | 111 |
Sec. 149.11. Any department, division, bureau, board, or | 150 |
commission of the state government issuing a report, pamphlet, | 151 |
document, or other publication intended for general public use
and | 152 |
distribution, which publication is reproduced by duplicating | 153 |
processes such as mimeograph, multigraph, planograph, rotaprint, | 154 |
or multilith, or printed internally or through a contract awarded | 155 |
to any person, company, or the state printing division of the | 156 |
department of administrative services, shall cause to be
delivered | 157 |
to the state library one hundred copies of
suchthe publication, | 158 |
subject to the provisions of section 125.42 of the
Revised Code. | 159 |
The provisions of this section shall not apply to any | 175 |
publication of the general assembly or to the publications | 176 |
described in sections 149.07, 149.08,
149.09149.091, and 149.17 | 177 |
of the
Revised Code, except that the secretary of state shall | 178 |
forward to
the document division of the library of congress two | 179 |
copies of
all journals,
seventwo copies of
the session laws in | 180 |
bound form as provided for
in section
