| To enact section 5533.642 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate State Route 571, within Miami County | 2 |
| only, the "Robert E. Netzley Highway" and to | 3 |
| require the Director of Transportation to erect | 4 |
| markers along the highway indicating its name. | 5 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.642 of the Revised Code be | 6 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
| Sec. 5533.642. The road known as state route number five | 8 |
| hundred seventy-one, running in an easterly and westerly | 9 |
| direction, through Miami county only, shall be known as the | 10 |
| "Robert E. Netzley Highway." | 11 |
| The director of transportation shall erect suitable markers | 12 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 13 |
