To enact section 5533.67 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Number 490 within

the city of Cleveland as the "Troy Lee James

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.67 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.67. That portion of the road known as interstate	7
number four hundred ninety, running in a westerly and easterly	8
direction within the municipal corporation of Cleveland between	9
the intersections of that highway and interstate numbers	10
seventy-one and ninety in the west and interstate number	11
seventy-seven in the east shall be known as the "Troy Lee James	12
Highway."	13

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	14
along the highway indicating its name.	15
