A BILL
To enact section 5533.67 of the Revised Code to1
designate a portion of Interstate Number 490 within2
the city of Cleveland as the "Troy Lee James3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.67 of the Revised Code be5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.67. That portion of the road known as interstate7
number four hundred ninety, running in a westerly and easterly8
direction within the municipal corporation of Cleveland between9
the intersections of that highway and interstate numbers10
seventy-one and ninety in the west and interstate number11
seventy-seven in the east shall be known as the "Troy Lee James12
Highway."13

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers14
along the highway indicating its name. 15
