| To enact section 5533.33 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate a portion of Interstate 71 within Ashland | 2 |
| County as the "Trooper James R. Gross Memorial | 3 |
| Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.33 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.33. In addition to the name prescribed by section | 7 |
| 5533.32 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as | 8 |
| interstate number seventy-one, running in a northerly and | 9 |
| southerly direction within Ashland county between mile marker | 10 |
| number one hundred eighty-nine and mile marker number one hundred | 11 |
| ninety-one, also shall be known as the "Trooper James R. Gross | 12 |
| Memorial Highway." | 13 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
