A BILL
To enact section 5533.33 of the Revised Code to1
designate a portion of Interstate 71 within Ashland2
County as the "Trooper James R. Gross Memorial3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.33 of the Revised Code be5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.33. In addition to the name prescribed by section7
5533.32 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as8
interstate number seventy-one, running in a northerly and9
southerly direction within Ashland county between mile marker10
number one hundred eighty-nine and mile marker number one hundred11
ninety-one, also shall be known as the "Trooper James R. Gross12
Memorial Highway."13

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers14
along the highway indicating its name. 15
