BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.2219 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2219.  The seventh day of June is designated as "Dean	6
Martin Day," in honor of the Steubenville, Ohio native, Dino Paul	7
Crocetti, born on that day in 1917, for his achievements as a	8
nationally and internationally famous singer, actor, and radio and	9
television personality.	10
