To enact section 5.2219 of the Revised Code to1
designate the seventh day of June as Dean Martin2
Day.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5.2219 of the Revised Code be4
enacted to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2219.  The seventh day of June is designated as "Dean6
Martin Day," in honor of the Steubenville, Ohio native, Dino Paul7
Crocetti, born on that day in 1917, for his achievements as a8
nationally and internationally famous singer, actor, and radio and9
television personality.10
