A BILL
To enact section 5533.34 of the Revised Code to1
designate a portion of state route number seven2
within Columbiana County as the "Melvin E. Newlin3
Memorial Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.34 of the Revised Code be5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.34. That portion of the road known as state route7
number seven, commencing at the boundary of Columbiana and8
Jefferson counties and extending in a northeasterly direction9
through the municipal corporation of Wellsville to the10
western-most boundary of the municipal corporation of East11
Liverpool, shall be known as the "Melvin E. Newlin Memorial12
Highway."13

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers14
along the highway indicating its name.15
