A BILL

To enact section 5533.69 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of state route number four 2
within Clark County as the "Heritage Parkway." 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.69 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows: 5

       Sec. 5533.69. That portion of the road known as state route 6
number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and 7
extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most 8
boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be 9
known as the "Heritage Parkway." 10

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name. 12

Section 1. That section 5533.69 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5533.69. That portion of the road known as state route	6
number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and	7
extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most	8
boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be	9
known as the "Heritage Parkway."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
