A BILL
To enact sections 5533.491, 5533.69, and 5533.70 of 1
the Revised Code to designate a portion of State 2
Route Number 4 within Clark County as the 3
"Heritage Parkway," to designate a portion of 4
United States Route 68 in Clark County the "Ron 5
Burton Memorial Highway," and to designate State 6
Route Number 93 within Coshocton County the 7
"Crile-Lower Memorial Highway."8


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.491, 5533.69, and 5533.70 of 9
the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:10

       Sec. 5533.491.  In addition to the designation of the road 11
known as United States route number sixty-eight in section 5533.49 12
of the Revised Code, that portion of United States route 13
sixty-eight located in Clark county commencing at the point where 14
that highway enters Springfield township and extending in a 15
northerly direction to the northernmost boundary of the city of 16
Springfield, also shall be known as the "Ron Burton Memorial 17
Highway."18

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 19
along the highway indicating its name.20

       Sec. 5533.69. That portion of the road known as state route21
number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and22
extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most23
boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be24
known as the "Heritage Parkway."25

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers26
along the highway indicating its name.27

       Sec. 5533.70. The road known as state route number 28
ninety-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction 29
through Coshocton county only, shall be known as the "Crile-Lower 30
Memorial Highway."31

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 32
along the highway indicating its name.33
