A BILL
To enact sections 5533.491, 5533.74, 5533.79, and 1
5533.80 of the Revised Code to designate a portion 2
of State Route Number 4 within Clark County as the 3
"Heritage Parkway," to designate a portion of 4
United States Route 68 in Clark County the "Ron 5
Burton Memorial Highway," to designate State Route 6
Number 93 within Coshocton County the "Crile-Lower 7
Memorial Highway," to name State Route 129 in 8
Butler County the "Butler County Veterans 9
Highway," and to permit the Director of 10
Transportation to erect markers along the highways 11
indicating their names.12


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.491, 5533.74, 5533.79, and 13
5533.80 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:14

       Sec. 5533.491.  In addition to the designation of the road 15
known as United States route number sixty-eight in section 5533.49 16
of the Revised Code, that portion of United States route 17
sixty-eight located in Clark county commencing at the point where 18
that highway enters Springfield township and extending in a 19
northerly direction to the northernmost boundary of the city of 20
Springfield, also shall be known as the "Ron Burton Memorial 21
Highway."22

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 23
along the highway indicating its name.24

       Sec. 5533.74.  The road known as state route number one 25
hundred twenty-nine, beginning in Butler county at the junction 26
with interstate number seventy-five and extending westward through 27
the municipal corporation of Hamilton to the Indiana border, shall 28
be known as the "Butler County Veterans Highway."29

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 30
along the highway indicating its name.31

       Sec. 5533.79. That portion of the road known as state route32
number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and33
extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most34
boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be35
known as the "Heritage Parkway."36

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers37
along the highway indicating its name.38

       Sec. 5533.80. The road known as state route number 39
ninety-three, running in a northerly and southerly direction 40
through Coshocton county only, shall be known as the "Crile-Lower 41
Memorial Highway."42

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 43
along the highway indicating its name.44
