To enact section 5.2228 of the Revised Code to 1
designate May as Ohio Cystic Fibrosis Awareness 2
Month. 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2228 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows: 5

Sec. 5.2228. The month of May is designated as "Ohio Cystic 6
Fibrosis Awareness Month" to increase public awareness of the 7
disease, including its causes and health effects and to encourage 8
and support research to develop effective medical therapies. 9

to read as follows:	5
