BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. The General Assembly, in its ongoing efforts to	5
improve the quality of teaching in Ohio, shall implement	6
provisions recommended by the Governor's Commission on Teaching	7
Success.	8
