A BILL
To enact section 5.2233 of the Revised Code 1
designating September 11 as "Ohio Public Safety 2
Employee Day."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2233 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2233. The eleventh day of September shall be 6
designated as "Ohio Public Safety Employee Day," in honor of the 7
men and women who selflessly place their own lives in danger to 8
protect the lives and property of the people of Ohio.9
