A BILL

To enact section 5149.031 of the Revised Code to 1
prohibit employees of the Adult Parole Authority 2
from being required to use private vehicles during 3
the course of their employment. 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5149.031 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

Sec. 5149.031. No person employed by the adult parole 7
authority shall be required to use the person's privately owned 8
motor vehicle while engaged in the course of the person's 9
employment or official responsibilities for the adult parole 10
authority. 11

Section 1. That section 5149.031 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5149.031. No person employed by the adult parole	7
