A BILL

To enact section 5533.331 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 423 within 2
Marion County the "Deputy Brandy Winfield Memorial 3
Highway." 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.331 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

       Sec. 5533.331. That portion of the road known as state route 7
four hundred twenty-three, running in a northerly and southerly 8
direction within Marion county, commencing at its intersection 9
with Bethlehem road and extending to its intersection with 10
Marion-Cardington road, shall be known as the "Deputy Brandy 11
Winfield memorial highway." 12

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name. 14
