A BILL
To enact section 3781.55 of the Revised Code to 1
require any place of public accommodation to allow 2
a mother to breast-feed within the place of public 3
accommodation. 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 3781.55 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

       Sec. 3781.55. A mother is entitled to breast-feed her baby in 7
any location of a place of public accommodation wherein the mother 8
otherwise is permitted. 9

       "Place of public accommodation" has the same meaning as in 10
section 4112.01 of the Revised Code. 11

Section 1. That section 3781.55 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 3781.55. A mother is entitled to breast-feed her baby in	7
any location of a place of public accommodation wherein the mother	8
otherwise is permitted.	9

"Place of public accommodation" has the same meaning as in	10
section 4112.01 of the Revised Code.	11
