To formally state the General Assembly's intentions 1
in its upcoming deliberations on revising Ohio's 2
terrorism laws. 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. The General Assembly hereby sets forth its intent 4
to revise Ohio's terrorism law to improve the homeland security of 5
the state and public safety of the residents of Ohio, thereby 6
making Ohio a safer place to live. 7
