Any holder of an expired license or certificate from this | 12 |
state
or any political subdivision or agency of the state to | 13 |
practice a trade or
profession, whose license or certificate was | 14 |
not renewed because of histhe holder's
service
in the armed | 15 |
forces of the United Statesuniformed services, shall, upon | 16 |
presentation of
satisfactory evidence of honorable discharge or | 17 |
separation under honorable
conditions therefrom within six months | 18 |
of such discharge, be granted a renewal
of said license or | 19 |
certificate by the issuing board or authority at the usual
cost | 20 |
without penalty and without re-examination if not otherwise | 21 |
disqualified
because of mental or physical disability. | 22 |
If a holder continues to serve in the uniformed services, the | 23 |
holder shall apply for renewal not later than ninety days after | 24 |
completion of the service that interfered with renewal of the | 25 |
license or certificate. If a holder has been discharged or | 26 |
separated from the uniformed services, the holder shall apply for | 27 |
renewal by presenting satisfactory evidence of honorable discharge | 28 |
or separation under honorable conditions not later than six months | 29 |
after the discharge or separation. | 30 |
