| To enact section 105.411 of the Revised Code to | 1 |

| Board to promote erection on the capitol grounds | 3 |
| of a monument honoring the Ohio Tuskegee Airmen. | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 105.411 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 105.411. The capitol square review and advisory board, | 7 |
| as one of its functions, shall promote the erection on the capitol | 8 |
| grounds of a monument honoring the Ohio tuskegee airmen. The | 9 |
| general assembly may appropriate money to the board, and the board | 10 |
| may accept donations of money, for that purpose. The board shall | 11 |
| not commence erection of the monument until, in the board's | 12 |
| opinion, sufficient funds are available in the Ohio tuskegee | 13 |
| airmen monument custodial fund to pay the cost of erecting the | 14 |
| monument. | 15 |
| There is hereby created an Ohio tuskegee airmen monument | 16 |
| custodial fund, which shall be in the custody of the treasurer of | 17 |
| state but shall not be part of the state treasury. The board may | 18 |
| draw money from the fund to erect the monument. | 19 |
