(B) All monetary gifts and donations, funds from the sale of | 29 |
promotional items, contributions received from the issuance of | 30 |
Ohio "volunteer" license plates pursuant to section 4503.93 of the | 31 |
Revised Code, and any fees paid to the council for conferences, | 32 |
meetings, or events sponsored by the council shall be deposited | 33 |
into the Ohio community service council gifts and donations fund, | 34 |
which is hereby created in the state treasury. Moneys in the fund | 35 |
may be used only as follows: | 36 |
(B) Of the initial appointees to the board, two members' | 61 |
terms
shall expire on the thirty-first day of January of the first | 62 |
even-numbered year
following appointment, and five members' terms | 63 |
shall expire on
the thirty-first day of January of the second | 64 |
odd-numbered year
following appointment. Thereafter, terms of | 65 |
office
for all members shall be two years. Vacancies on the board | 66 |
shall
be filled in the manner provided for original appointments. | 67 |
Members of the board shall not receive compensation or | 68 |
reimbursement for expenses. | 69 |
Members of the board shall elect a chairperson and shall | 70 |
establish
rules for the meetings and procedures of the board. The | 71 |
board shall meet at
least
four times per year unless determined | 72 |
otherwise by a majority vote of the
board
members. If an eligible | 73 |
organization that is applying for
financial assistance from the | 74 |
license plate contribution fund created in section 4501.21 of the | 75 |
Revised Code
is represented by a
member on the board, that member | 76 |
shall not participate in the
decision regarding the approval or | 77 |
disapproval of that
application. A quorum consists of five board | 78 |
members, except that
if one member is not participating in a | 79 |
decision regarding an
application, a quorum consists of three | 80 |
board members. | 81 |
(C) The board shall disburse moneysMoneys received by the | 82 |
Ohio pet fund from the license plate contribution fund
shall be | 83 |
used for the purpose of
supporting programs for the sterilization | 84 |
of dogs and cats and educational
programs concerning the proper | 85 |
veterinary care of those animals.
MoneysThe moneys shall be | 86 |
disburseddistributed by the Ohio pet fund to such organizations | 87 |
meeting eligibility
requirements established under division (B)(1) | 88 |
of section 955.201 of
the Revised Code in accordance with
criteria | 89 |
and procedures established under divisions (B)(2) to
(4) of that | 90 |
section and in such amounts as the board determines. The registrar | 91 |
of motor vehicles shall not disbursepay money from the license | 92 |
plate contribution fund to the pets program funding boarduntil | 93 |
Ohio pet fund whenever the amount in the license plate | 94 |
contribution fund that is attributable to contributions paid by | 95 |
motor vehicle registration applicants pursuant to section 4503.551 | 96 |
of the Revised Code and to money from any other source, including | 97 |
donations, gifts, and grants, that is designated by the source to | 98 |
be paid to the pets program funding boardOhio pet fund, equals at | 99 |
leastreaches twenty-five thousand dollars or until two years | 100 |
after the
effective date of this section, whichever occurs
first. | 101 |
Sec. 4501.21. (A) There is hereby created in the state | 102 |
treasury the license plate contribution fund. The fund shall | 103 |
consist of all contributions paid by motor vehicle registrants and | 104 |
collected by the registrar of motor vehicles pursuant to sections | 105 |
4503.491, 4503.493, 4503.50, 4503.501, 4503.502, 4503.51, | 106 |
4503.522, 4503.523, 4503.545, 4503.55, 4503.551, 4503.552, | 107 |
4503.553,
4503.561, 4503.562, 4503.591, 4503.67, 4503.68, | 108 |
4503.69, 4503.71,
4503.711, 4503.72, 4503.73, 4503.74, 4503.75, | 109 |
and 4503.85, and 4503.92 of the
Revised Code. | 110 |
(1) The registrar shall pay the contributions received | 113 |
pursuant to section 4503.491 of the Revised Code to the breast | 114 |
cancer fund of Ohio, which shall use that money only to pay for | 115 |
programs that provide assistance and education to Ohio breast | 116 |
cancer patients and that improve access for such patients to | 117 |
quality health care and clinical trials and shall not use any of | 118 |
the money for abortion information, counseling, services, or other | 119 |
abortion-related activities. | 120 |
(7) The registrar shall pay the contributions the registrar | 147 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.522 of the Revised Code to the | 148 |
"friends of Perry's victory and international peace memorial, | 149 |
incorporated," a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of | 150 |
this state, to assist that organization in paying the expenses it | 151 |
incurs in sponsoring or holding charitable, educational, and | 152 |
cultural events at the monument. | 153 |
(8) The registrar shall pay the contributions the registrar | 159 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.55 of the Revised Code to the | 160 |
pro football hall of fame, which shall deposit the contributions | 161 |
into a special bank account that it establishes and which shall be | 162 |
separate and distinct from any other account the pro football hall | 163 |
of fame maintains, to be used exclusively for the purpose of | 164 |
promoting the pro football hall of fame as a travel destination. | 165 |
(10) In accordance with section 955.202 of the Revised Code, | 171 |
the registrar shall pay to the pets program funding board created | 172 |
by that sectionOhio pet fund the contributions the registrar | 173 |
receives pursuant
to section 4503.551 of the Revised Code and any | 174 |
other money from
any other source, including donations, gifts, | 175 |
and grants, that is
designated by the source to be paid to the | 176 |
pets program funding
boardOhio pet fund. The boardOhio pet fund | 177 |
shall use the moneys it receives under this
section only to | 178 |
support programs for the sterilization of dogs and
cats and for | 179 |
educational programs concerning the proper veterinary
care of | 180 |
those animals. | 181 |
(12) The registrar shall pay the contributions the registrar | 185 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.553 of the Revised Code to the | 186 |
Ohio coalition for animals, incorporated, a nonprofit corporation. | 187 |
Except as provided in division (B)(12) of this section, the | 188 |
coalition shall distribute the money to its members, and the | 189 |
members shall use the money only to pay for educational, | 190 |
charitable, and
other programs of each coalition member that | 191 |
provide care for unwanted, abused, and
neglected horses. The Ohio | 192 |
coalition for animals may use a portion of the
money to pay for | 193 |
reasonable marketing costs incurred in the design and
promotion | 194 |
of the license plate and for administrative costs
incurred in the | 195 |
disbursement and management of funds received
under this section. | 196 |
(13) The registrar shall pay the contributions the registrar | 197 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.561 of the Revised Code to the | 198 |
state of Ohio chapter of ducks unlimited, inc., which shall | 199 |
deposit the contributions into a special bank account that it | 200 |
establishes. The special bank account shall be separate and | 201 |
distinct from any other account the state of Ohio chapter of ducks | 202 |
unlimited, inc., maintains and shall be used exclusively for the | 203 |
purpose of protecting, enhancing, restoring, and managing wetlands | 204 |
and conserving wildlife habitat. The state of Ohio chapter of | 205 |
ducks unlimited, inc., annually shall notify the registrar in | 206 |
writing of the name, address, and account to which such payments | 207 |
are to be made. | 208 |
(15)(a) The registrar shall pay to a sports commission | 214 |
created pursuant to section 4503.591 of the Revised Code each | 215 |
contribution the registrar receives under that section that an | 216 |
applicant pays to obtain license plates that bear the logo of a | 217 |
professional sports team located in the county of that sports | 218 |
commission and that is participating in the license plate program | 219 |
pursuant to division (E) of that section, irrespective of the | 220 |
county of residence of an applicant. | 221 |
(20) The registrar shall pay the contributions the
registrar | 249 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.711 of the Revised
Code to the | 250 |
fraternal order of police of Ohio, incorporated, which
shall | 251 |
deposit the contributions into an account that it creates to
be | 252 |
used for the purpose of advancing and protecting the law | 253 |
enforcement profession, promoting improved law enforcement | 254 |
methods, and teaching respect for law and order. | 255 |
(21) The registrar shall pay the contributions the
registrar | 256 |
receives pursuant to section 4503.72 of the Revised Code
to the | 257 |
organization known on March 31, 2003, as the Ohio CASA/GAL | 258 |
association, a private, nonprofit corporation organized under | 259 |
Chapter 1702. of the Revised Code. The Ohio CASA/GAL association | 260 |
shall use these contributions to pay the expenses it incurs in | 261 |
administering a program to secure the proper representation in the | 262 |
courts of this state of abused, neglected, and dependent children, | 263 |
and for the training and supervision of persons participating in | 264 |
that program. | 265 |
Sec. 4501.272. The registrar of motor vehicles or deputy | 302 |
registrar shall ask each person applying for or renewing a special | 303 |
license plate after July 1, 2009, under Chapter 4503. of the | 304 |
Revised Code and paying a contribution to an organization for | 305 |
issuance of the special license plate, whether the person consents | 306 |
to contact from the organization sponsoring the special license | 307 |
plate. The applicant shall sign a form provided by the registrar | 308 |
granting or withholding such consent to contact. Pursuant to | 309 |
division (B)(2)(n) of section 4501.27 of the Revised Code, the | 310 |
registrar, upon request from the organization, may provide to the | 311 |
organization a list of the names and addresses of those applicants | 312 |
who have consented to contact. The registrar shall not disclose | 313 |
sensitive personal information as defined in section 4501.27 of | 314 |
the Revised Code. | 315 |
(B) A motor vehicle titled in the name of a United States | 328 |
veterans service organization and used solely for participation in | 329 |
organizational activities, exhibitions, parades, and similar | 330 |
purposes, may be registered without the payment of any | 331 |
registration tax and service fee required by sections 4503.02 and | 332 |
4503.10 of the Revised Code, and without the payment of any
local | 333 |
motor vehicle tax levied under
Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code. | 334 |
In applying for registration of
such a motor vehicle, a member of | 335 |
the service organization shall
sign an affidavit, prescribed by | 336 |
the registrar of motor vehicles,
stating that the vehicle is to | 337 |
be used solely for such purposes,
and shall present satisfactory | 338 |
evidence of the organization's
status as a United States veterans | 339 |
service organization. Upon
receipt of such evidence, affidavit, | 340 |
and application for
registration, the registrar shall issue the | 341 |
applicant permanent
license plates. | 342 |
(C) Upon presentation of a paid valid current year | 343 |
registration,
the president,
commander, or adjutant of a United | 344 |
States veterans service
organization chartered by
congress may | 345 |
apply for an honorary
license designating the organization with | 346 |
which the applicant is
affiliated. This honorary plate shall be | 347 |
displayed in
lieu of the
regular license plate. The
orginal | 348 |
original registration card shall be in
the vehicle at all times | 349 |
and shall be submitted for inspection
upon the demand
of any | 350 |
police officer. The annual fee for such
license shall be five | 351 |
dollars. | 352 |
Sec. 4503.46. (A) For the purposes of this section, | 353 |
"prisoner of war" means any regularly appointed, enrolled, | 354 |
enlisted, or inducted member of the military forces of the United | 355 |
States who was captured, separated, and incarcerated by an enemy | 356 |
of the United States at any time, and any regularly appointed, | 357 |
enrolled, or enlisted member of the military forces of Great | 358 |
Britain, France, any of the countries that comprised the former | 359 |
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, | 360 |
Canada,
China, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, New Zealand, | 361 |
Norway, Poland, South
Africa, or any of the countries that | 362 |
comprised the former Yugoslavia who was a
citizen of the United | 363 |
States at the time of such appointment, enrollment, or
enlistment, | 364 |
and was captured, separated, and incarcerated by an enemy of this | 365 |
country during World War II. | 366 |
(B) Any person who has been a prisoner of war, or the spouse | 367 |
of such person, may apply to
the registrar of motor vehicles for | 368 |
the registration of one
passenger
car, noncommercial motor | 369 |
vehicle, or
other vehicle of a
class approved by the registrar the | 370 |
person or spouse owns or
leases. The
application shall be | 371 |
accompanied by written evidence in the
form
of a record of | 372 |
separation, a letter from one of the armed forces
of the
United | 373 |
States or other country as provided in division (A)
of this | 374 |
section, or
other evidence as the registrar may require
by
rule, | 375 |
that such a personthe applicant or the applicant's spouse was a | 376 |
prisoner of war and was
honorably
discharged or is presently | 377 |
residing in this state on
active duty
with one of the branches of | 378 |
the armed forces of the
United States,
or was a prisoner of war | 379 |
and was honorably
discharged or received
an equivalent discharge | 380 |
or release from
one of the armed forces of
such other country. No | 381 |
person is eligible to receive special license plates under this | 382 |
section if the person or the person's spouse currently has | 383 |
registered one vehicle and obtained license plates under this | 384 |
section. | 385 |
Upon receipt of an application for registration of a
motor | 386 |
vehicle under this section, and presentation
of satisfactory | 387 |
evidence of such prisoner-of-war status, the
registrar shall issue | 388 |
to the applicant the appropriate vehicle
registration and a set of | 389 |
license plates. In addition to the
letters and numbers ordinarily | 390 |
inscribed thereon, the license
plates shall be inscribed with the | 391 |
words "FORMER POW." The
license plates shall be issued without | 392 |
payment of any
registration fee or service fee as required by | 393 |
division (B) of
section 4503.04 and sections 4503.10 and 4503.102 | 394 |
of the Revised
Code, and without payment of any applicable county, | 395 |
township, or
municipal motor vehicle tax levied under Chapter | 396 |
4504. of the
Revised Code. | 397 |
(C) The spouse of a deceased former prisoner of war who
has | 398 |
not remarried, if the deceased person received or was
eligible to | 399 |
receive special license plates issued under division
(B) of this | 400 |
section, may apply to the registrar for the registration
of the | 401 |
spouse's personal motor vehicle without the payment of any
fee or | 402 |
tax as provided by division (B) of this section. The
application | 403 |
for registration shall be accompanied by documentary
evidence of | 404 |
the deceased person's status as a former prisoner of
war and by | 405 |
any other evidence that the registrar requires by
rule. | 406 |
Sec. 4503.481. (A) Any person who is a retired veteran of the | 422 |
Ohio national guard may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles | 423 |
for the registration of any passenger car, noncommercial motor | 424 |
vehicle, recreational vehicle, or other vehicle of a class | 425 |
approved by the registrar the person owns or leases. The | 426 |
application shall be accompanied by such written evidence that the | 427 |
applicant is a retired veteran of the Ohio national guard as the | 428 |
registrar shall require by rule. | 429 |
Upon receipt of an application for registration of a motor | 430 |
vehicle under this section, presentation of satisfactory evidence | 431 |
documenting that the applicant is a retired veteran of the Ohio | 432 |
national guard, and payment of the regular license fee as | 433 |
prescribed under section 4503.04 of the Revised Code and any local | 434 |
motor vehicle license tax levied under Chapter 4504. of the | 435 |
Revised Code, the registrar shall issue to the applicant the | 436 |
appropriate motor vehicle registration and a set of license plates | 437 |
and a validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone when | 438 |
required by section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. In addition to | 439 |
the letters and numbers ordinarily inscribed thereon, the license | 440 |
plates shall contain one of the following inscriptions, as | 441 |
appropriate: "OHIO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD RETIRED," or "OHIO AIR | 442 |
NATIONAL GUARD RETIRED." The license plates shall bear county | 443 |
identification stickers that identify the county of registration | 444 |
by name or number. | 445 |
Sec. 4503.523. (A) The owner or lessee of any passenger car, | 448 |
noncommercial motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or other | 449 |
vehicle of a class approved by the registrar of motor vehicles may | 450 |
apply to the registrar for the registration of the vehicle and | 451 |
issuance of "fairport harbor breakwall lighthouse" license plates. | 452 |
The application for fairport harbor breakwall lighthouse license | 453 |
plates may be combined with a request for a special reserved | 454 |
license plate under section 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised | 455 |
Code. Upon receipt of the completed application and compliance | 456 |
with division (B) of this section, the registrar shall issue to | 457 |
the applicant the appropriate vehicle registration, a set of | 458 |
fairport harbor breakwall lighthouse license plates with a | 459 |
validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone when required by | 460 |
section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. | 461 |
(B) Fairport harbor breakwall lighthouse license plates and a | 469 |
validation sticker or, when applicable, a validation sticker alone | 470 |
shall be issued upon submission by the applicant of an application | 471 |
for registration of a motor vehicle under this section and a | 472 |
contribution as provided in division (C) of this section; payment | 473 |
of the regular license tax as prescribed under section 4503.04 of | 474 |
the Revised Code, any applicable motor vehicle tax levied under | 475 |
Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code, any applicable additional fee | 476 |
prescribed by section 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code, and | 477 |
an additional fee of ten dollars; and compliance with all other | 478 |
applicable laws relating to the registration of motor vehicles. | 479 |
Sec. 4503.53. Any person who
served in the armed forces of | 493 |
the United States during the global war on terrorism, in Saudi | 494 |
Arabia or Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm or Operation Desert | 495 |
Shield,
in Panama during the invasion, in Grenada during the | 496 |
invasion, in
Lebanon during the invasion, during the Vietnam | 497 |
conflict, during
the Korean conflict, during World War II, or | 498 |
during World War I,
and who is on active duty or is an honorably | 499 |
discharged veteran may
apply to the registrar of motor vehicles | 500 |
for the registration of any passenger
car, noncommercial motor | 501 |
vehicle, recreational vehicle, or other
vehicle of a class | 502 |
approved by the registrar the person owns or
leases. The | 503 |
application shall be accompanied by such written
evidence of the | 504 |
applicant's service as the registrar
requires by rule. In the case | 505 |
of an honorably discharged
veteran, the written evidence shall | 506 |
include a copy of the applicant's
DD-214 form or an equivalent | 507 |
document. | 508 |
Upon receipt of an application for registration of a motor | 509 |
vehicle under this section, presentation of satisfactory evidence | 510 |
of military service during the global war on terrorism, in Saudi | 511 |
Arabia or Kuwait during Operation
Desert Storm or Operation Desert | 512 |
Shield, in Panama during the
invasion, in Grenada during the | 513 |
invasion, in Lebanon during the
invasion, during the Vietnam | 514 |
conflict, during the Korean

Code, the registrar shall issue to the applicant the

validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone
when required by | 521 |
section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. In
accordance with rules | 522 |
adopted by the registrar, each license
plate shall be inscribed | 523 |
with identifying letters or numerals and, in the case of an | 524 |
honorably discharged veteran,
the word "VETERAN"; in addition, | 525 |
each license plate
shall be
inscribed with a design and words | 526 |
indicating service during the global war on terrorism, or in Saudi | 527 |
Arabia, Kuwait, Panama, Grenada, or Lebanon, or during the
Vietnam | 528 |
conflict, the Korean conflict, World War II, or World War
I. | 529 |
Sec. 4503.531. (A) Any person who has been awarded the global | 530 |
war on terrorism expeditionary medal, global war on terrorism | 531 |
service medal, Afghanistan campaign medal, or Iraq campaign medal | 532 |
may apply to the registrar of motor vehicles for the registration | 533 |
of any passenger car, noncommercial motor vehicle, recreational | 534 |
vehicle, or other vehicle of a class approved by the registrar | 535 |
that the person owns or leases. The application shall be | 536 |
accompanied by such documentary evidence in support of the | 537 |
applicable award as the registrar may require. The application may | 538 |
be combined with a request for a special reserved license plate | 539 |
under section 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code. | 540 |
Upon receipt of an application for registration of a motor | 541 |
vehicle under this section and the required taxes and fees, and | 542 |
upon presentation of the required supporting evidence of the award | 543 |
of the global war on terrorism expeditionary medal, global war on | 544 |
terrorism service medal, Afghanistan campaign medal, or Iraq | 545 |
campaign medal, the registrar shall issue to the applicant the | 546 |
appropriate motor vehicle registration and a set of license plates | 547 |
and a validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone when | 548 |
required by section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. | 549 |
In addition to the letters and numbers ordinarily inscribed | 550 |
on license plates, the license plates shall be inscribed with | 551 |
appropriate words indicating the applicable award and bear a | 552 |
reproduction of the global war on terrorism expeditionary medal, | 553 |
global war on terrorism service medal, Afghanistan campaign medal, | 554 |
or Iraq campaign medal, as applicable. The license plates shall | 555 |
bear county identification stickers that identify the county of | 556 |
registration by name or number. | 557 |
The license plates and a validation sticker or, when | 558 |
applicable, a validation sticker alone shall be issued upon | 559 |
payment of the regular license tax required by section 4503.04 of | 560 |
the Revised Code, payment of any local motor vehicle license tax | 561 |
levied under Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code, payment of any | 562 |
applicable additional fee prescribed by section 4503.40 or 4503.42 | 563 |
of the Revised Code, and compliance with all other applicable laws | 564 |
relating to the registration of motor vehicles. | 565 |
(B) No person who is not a recipient of the global war on | 573 |
terrorism expeditionary medal, global war on terrorism service | 574 |
medal, Afghanistan campaign medal, or Iraq campaign medal shall | 575 |
willfully and falsely represent that the person is a recipient of | 576 |
any such medal for the purpose of obtaining license plates under | 577 |
this section. No person shall own a motor vehicle bearing license | 578 |
plates issued under this section unless the person is eligible to | 579 |
be issued those license plates. | 580 |
Sec. 4503.547. (A) Any person who served in the armed forces | 583 |
of the United States as a paratrooper may apply to the registrar | 584 |
of motor vehicles for the registration of any passenger car, | 585 |
noncommercial motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or other | 586 |
vehicle of a class approved by the registrar the person owns or | 587 |
leases and for issuance of U.S. paratrooper license plates. The | 588 |
application for U.S. paratrooper license plates may be combined | 589 |
with a request for a special reserved license plate under section | 590 |

Upon receipt of the completed application for registration of | 597 |
a motor vehicle under this section, presentation by the applicant | 598 |
of evidence of service in the armed forces of the United States as | 599 |
a paratrooper, and compliance by the applicant with this section, | 600 |
the registrar shall issue to the applicant the appropriate motor | 601 |
vehicle registration and a set of U.S. paratrooper license plates | 602 |
and a validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone when | 603 |
required by section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. | 604 |
U.S. paratrooper license plates and validation stickers shall | 609 |
be issued upon payment of the regular license fees required by | 610 |
section 4503.04 of the Revised Code, payment of any local motor | 611 |
vehicle license tax levied under Chapter 4504. of the Revised | 612 |
Code, and compliance with all other applicable laws relating to | 613 |
the registration of motor vehicles. If the application is combined | 614 |
with a request for a special reserved license plate under section | 615 |
4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code, the license plates and | 616 |
validation sticker shall be issued upon payment of the fees and | 617 |
taxes contained in this section and the additional fee prescribed | 618 |
under section 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code. | 619 |
Sec. 4503.92. (A) The owner or lessee of any passenger car, | 622 |
noncommercial motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or

vehicle of a class approved by the registrar of motor
vehicles | 624 |
may apply to the registrar for the registration of the
vehicle | 625 |
and issuance of "support our troops" license plates. The | 626 |
application may be combined with a request for a special reserved | 627 |
license plate under section 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised | 628 |
Code. Upon receipt of the completed application and compliance by | 629 |
the applicant with divisions (B) and (C) of this section, the | 630 |
registrar shall issue to the applicant the appropriate vehicle | 631 |
registration and a set of "support our troops" license plates and | 632 |
a validation sticker, or a validation sticker alone when required | 633 |
by section 4503.191 of the Revised Code. | 634 |
(B) "Support our troops" license plates and a validation | 641 |
sticker, or validation sticker alone, shall be issued upon receipt | 642 |
of an application for registration of a motor vehicle under this | 643 |
section; payment of the regular license tax as prescribed under | 644 |
section 4503.04 of the Revised Code, any applicable motor vehicle | 645 |
license tax levied under Chapter 4504. of the Revised Code, any | 646 |
applicable additional fee prescribed by section 4503.40 or 4503.42 | 647 |
of the Revised Code, an additional fee of ten dollars, and a | 648 |
contribution as provided in division (C) of this section; and | 649 |
compliance with all other applicable laws relating to the | 650 |
registration of motor vehicles. | 651 |

Sec. 5533.773. The portion of the road known as state route
