A BILL

To enact section 5533.632 of the Revised Code to 1
designate State Route Number 2 within the city of 2
Willoughby as the "Brian Montgomery Memorial 3
Highway." 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.632 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

       Sec. 5533.632. The road known as state route number two, 7
running in an easterly and westerly direction, within the 8
municipal corporation of Willoughby only, shall be known as the 9
"Brian Montgomery Memorial Highway." 10

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name. 12

Section 1. That section 5533.632 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6
