| To enact section 5533.92 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate the portion of Interstate Route 275 | 2 |
| within Clermont County as the "Matt Maupin | 3 |
| Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.92 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.92. In addition to the designation in section | 7 |
| 5533.25 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as | 8 |
| interstate route number two hundred seventy-five located within | 9 |
| Clermont county shall be known as the "Matt Maupin Highway." | 10 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
| along the highway indicating its name. If the director erects such | 12 |
| markers, they shall read "Matt Maupin Highway" and "Matt Maupin - | 13 |
| Captured April 9, 2004, Iraq." | 14 |
