A BILL

To enact section 5533.92 of the Revised Code to

designate State Route 2 within Cuyahoga County

only as the "Carl B. Stokes Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.92 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5533.92. That portion of the road known as state route	6
number two, running in an easterly and westerly direction within	7
Cuyahoga county only, shall be known as the "Carl B. Stokes	8
Memorial Highway."	9

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	10
along the highway indicating its name.	11
