To enact section 5.2239 of the Revised Code to

Monday in September as "Lithopolis Honeyfest Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2239 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2239. The first Saturday following the first Monday in	6
September is designated as "Lithopolis Honeyfest Day," to honor	7
the annual honey festival held on that day in the village of	8
Lithopolis in Fairfield county.	9
