(127th General Assembly) (Amended House Bill Number 55)

AN ACT

To enact section 5.2238 of the Revised Code to designate April 29 of each year "Heritage and Freedom Flag of the Former Republic of Vietnam Day."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

SECTION 1. That section 5.2238 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5.2238. The twenty-ninth day of April is designated as "Heritage and Freedom Flag of the Former Republic of Vietnam Day" in honor of the heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.
