To enact section 5.2238 of the Revised Code to

Freedom Flag of the Former Republic of Vietnam

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2238 of the Revised Code be enacted	5
to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5.2238. The twenty-ninth day of April is designated as	7
"Heritage and Freedom Flag of the Former Republic of Vietnam Day"	8
in honor of the heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice for	9
freedom.	10
