Assembly to remove provisions regarding the

statewide effect of state firearms laws and the

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 9.68 of the Revised Code and Section	6
9 of Am. Sub. H.B. 12 of the 125th General Assembly are hereby	7
repealed.	8
