BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2241 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2241. The month of September is hereby designated as	6
"Ohio Preparedness Month" to highlight the importance of	7
preparedness on the part of all Ohioans in the event of an	8
emergency.	9
