AN ACT

To enact section 5533.811 of the Revised Code to designate a bridge on State Route 108 over the Maumee River as the "Henry County Veterans Bridge."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

SECTION 1. That section 5533.811 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5533.811. The bridge that spans the Maumee River in the city of Napoleon in Henry county, and that is part of the road known as state route number one hundred eight, shall be known as the "Henry County Veterans Bridge."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
