A BILL

To enact section 5533.811 of the Revised Code to

designate a bridge on State Route 108 over the

Maumee River as the "Henry County Veterans

Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.811 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.811. The bridge that spans the Maumee River in the	7
city of Napoleon in Henry county, and that is part of the road	8
known as state route number one hundred eight, shall be known as	9
the "Henry County Veterans Bridge."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.	12
