A BILL

To enact section 133.52 of the Revised Code to

authorize a county, municipal corporation, or

township to issue public obligations to provide,

or assist in providing, grants, loans, loan

4

guarantees, or contributions for conservation and

5

revitalization purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 133.52 of the Revised Code be enacted	7
to read as follows:	8

Sec. 133.52. A county, municipal corporation, or township may	9
issue or incur public obligations, including general obligations,	10
to provide, or assist in providing, grants, loans, loan	11
guarantees, or contributions for conservation and revitalization	12
purposes pursuant to Section 2o of Article VIII, Ohio	13
Constitution.	14
