A BILL

To enact section 5533.091 of the Revised Code to

designate the Lake Milton Bridge, which is located

in Mahoning County and is part of Interstate Route

76, as the "Peter J. Delucia Memorial Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.091 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.091.  The bridge known as the lake Milton bridge,	7
which is located in Mahoning county and is part of interstate	8
route number seventy-six, shall be known as the "Peter J. Delucia	9
Memorial Bridge."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.	12
