A BILL
To enact section 5.2235 of the Revised Code to 1
designate October as "German Heritage Month."2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2235 of the Revised Code be enacted 3
to read as follows:4

       Sec. 5.2235. The month of October is designated as "German 5
Heritage Month" to honor and recognize Ohioans of German descent 6
and their contributions to this state.7
