A BILL
To formally state the General Assembly's intentions 1
in its upcoming deliberations on reforming Ohio's 2
laws regulating the exercise of eminent domain. 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the General Assembly shall reform Ohio's 4
laws regulating the exercise of eminent domain to provide for the 5
uniform protection of private property rights throughout Ohio and 6
to ensure that the rights of all property owners shall forever be 7
held inviolate. 8
