A BILL

To enact section 5533.332 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the portion of Interstate 71 located 2
within the city of Middleburg Heights as the 3
"Corporal Brad D. Squires Memorial Highway." 4

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.332 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6

       Sec. 5533.332. In addition to the name prescribed by section 7
5533.32 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as 8
interstate number seventy-one, running in a northerly and 9
southerly direction within the municipal corporation of Middleburg 10
Heights only, shall be known as the "Corporal Brad D. Squires 11
Memorial Highway." 12

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name. 14
