A BILL
To make appropriations for the Industrial Commission 1
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, and 2
ending June 30, 2011, and to provide authorization 3
and conditions for the operation of Commission 4
programs.5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 101. All items in this section are hereby 6
appropriated out of any moneys in the state treasury to the 7
credit of the designated fund. For all appropriations made in this 8
section, those in the first column are for fiscal year 2010, and 9
those in the second column are for fiscal year 2011.10

       RENT - WILLIAM GREEN BUILDING21

       The foregoing appropriation item 845402, Rent - William Green 22
Building, shall be used for rent and operating expenses for the 23
space occupied by the Industrial Commission in the William Green 24
Building.25

       Section 102. Law contained in the main operating 26
appropriations act of the 128th General Assembly that applies 27
generally to the appropriations made in that act also applies 28
generally to the appropriations made in this act.29

       Section 201. The provisions of law contained in this act, and 30
their applications, are severable. If any provision of law 31
contained in this act, or if any application of any provision of 32
law contained in this act, is held invalid, the invalidity does 33
not affect other provisions of law contained in this act and their 34
applications that can be given effect without the invalid 35
provision or application.36

       Section 301. An item that composes the whole or part of an 37
uncodified section of law contained in this act has no effect 38
after June 30, 2011, unless the context clearly indicates 39
otherwise.40

       Section 401. The sections of law contained in this act are 41
exempt from the referendum because they are or relate to an 42
appropriation for current expenses within the meaning of Ohio 43
Constitution, Article II, Section 1d and section 1.471 of the 44
Revised Code and therefore take effect immediately when this act 45
becomes law.46
