| To enact section 5533.95 of the Revised Code to | 1 |

| Mahoning County as the "William Holmes McGuffey | 3 |
| Memorial Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.95 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.95. That portion of the road known as interstate | 7 |
| six hundred eighty, commencing at the intersection of state route | 8 |
| number seven hundred eleven and extending in a southeasterly | 9 |
| direction to the intersection with state route number seven within | 10 |
| Mahoning county, shall be known as the "William Holmes McGuffey | 11 |
| Memorial Highway." | 12 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
