| Section 1. That section 1109.051 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 1109.051. A bank shall not engage in a pattern or | 6 |
| practice of manipulating the process by which debit card | 7 |
| transactions are posted against a customer's account, if the | 8 |
| pattern or practice increases the number of transactions that | 9 |
| trigger payment by the customer of an overdraft protection fee. | 10 |
