| Section 1. That section 3379.071 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 3379.071. One per cent of general revenue fund | 7 |
| appropriations in each biennium shall be made to the council for | 8 |
| development of the arts and shall be used for job creation and | 9 |
| cultural development. | 10 |
