To enact section 5.033 of the Revised Code to adopt

the Ohio brook trout as the state fish.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.033 of the Revised Code be enacted	3
to read as follows:	4

Sec. 5.033. The fish Ohio brook trout, Salvelinus fontinalis,	5
is the official fish of the state.	6
