A BILL

To amend various sections of the Revised Code to

address the current mortgage foreclosure crisis.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent to alter	3
various provisions of law pertaining to the home mortgage	4
foreclosure process, to establish various regulations of persons	5
involved in that process, and to provide various types of	6
assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure and to that end that	7
sections of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, and repealed to	8
provide the necessary authorizations and statutory law changes.	9
